Women are the essential axis of social construction, a source of love, kindness and beauty in every dimension they inhabit.
Art reflects them, builds them and makes them visible. They are roots, shelter, flowers and fruits, embodying the soul of a healthy and supportive society.
Bellotto has been awarded the 8M Prize, an initiative promoted by the Argentine Ministry of Culture to recognise women and LGBTI+ people in the arts. This award highlights artists who have contributed to diversity and gender equality in the cultural field, and Bellotto has been selected alongside other talented artists whose works will become part of the national collection of the Palais de Glace.
